Audio recording
Pulse captures audio only from a tab selected by the user. Audio capture, encoding, temporary recording data, and the recording library operate locally in the browser. FormaCode.dev does not receive or store your audio recordings.
Problem reports
You may voluntarily use Pulse to send a description of a problem, your chosen contact method and contact details — an email address or Telegram — and screenshots that you select yourself. This data is transmitted only after you submit the form and is used to reply to you, diagnose the problem, and fix it.
Report delivery
The message, contact details, and selected screenshots are forwarded to the FormaCode administrative Telegram bot. If attachments total no more than 15 MiB, a copy of the report and its attachments may also be sent to the developer through the Resend email service. Larger reports do not receive an email copy. The message and attachments may remain in the administrative Telegram chat and the developer's mailbox for as long as needed to process the report and prevent abuse.
Sign-in with Google
When you voluntarily activate a licence, Google provides us with your name, verified email address, and a stable Google Account identifier. We do not receive your Google password, account contents, or files.
How we use the data
We use this information to sign you in, associate one licence with one user, restore licence status on another device, administer early-access licences, and provide support.
Technical information
When you activate or verify a licence, we may process the extension version, a random installation identifier, the request time, and a one-way hash of the IP address. We use this information for diagnostics, abuse prevention, and API security.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell data or use it for advertising profiles. Infrastructure providers process it only to operate the website and licence database. A claimed early-access place is not issued again. We may retain a record that a licence was issued after cancellation so that this limit can be enforced.
Your rights and contact
You may request information about your licence, correction of your name or email, or deletion of personal data that can be removed. Contact us through the FormaCode contact page. Deleting an account does not return a claimed early-access place to the available pool.
